CAB Kids is a children‘s ministry provide by College Avenue Baptist Church. Our objective is to introduce children to Biblical concepts about God and His saving power through His Son, Jesus Christ. This year, we are using a Nascar theme to entertain the students and get them involved in the fun.

What ages can participate in CAB Kids?

Children who are in Kindergarten through 6th grade are welcome at CAB Kids.

What sort of activities are offered?

Children will be led in Bible stories, music, games, crafts, snacks and Bible verse memorization. There will always be adult leaders for each activity.

Is CAB Kids only for the members of College Avenue Baptist Church?

NO! All children are invited to attend, regardless of church affiliation of any members of the family. Our CAB Kids are encouraged to invite their friends!

When and where do CAB Kids meet?

CAB Kids meet on Wednesday evenings from 6:45 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. during the school year. Adult Bible study is available to anyone interested. It takes place in the church sanctuary from 7:00 to 8:00 PM.

We will begin each session in the sanctuary of the church at 213 N. College Ave. We ask that parents bring their child into the church for he first time so that we can get information about your child and emergency contact numbers. Children can be picked up on the north side parking lot of the church when CAB Kids is done.

Is there a charge for CAB Kids?

CAB Kids is free to all children. We do encourage our children to bring an offering of any amount to aid our Christmas Shoe Box ministry to needy children overseas. For more information about this ministry, visit them online at
